CeRID staff and partners working with local communities

The governance and management structure of CeRID is composed of two levels: The Board of Directors (BoD) level and Executive Management level.

Board of Directors (BoD) Level

The Board of Trustees serves as the highest body of the organization, guiding its strategic direction, financial policies, human resources, administrative policies, rules, regulations, and code of conduct. Their primary focus is to uphold the organization's mission. The BoDs ensure accountability, transparency, and effectiveness throughout the institution. They also oversee Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) and engage in fundraising activities to sustain the organization.

Executive Management Level

The Executive Management Team is comprised of a dedicated group of professionals employed by CeRID. They are accountable to the Board of Directors for program and operational management. The management team is responsible for executing, monitoring, and implementing day-to-day activities within the organization. At the helm of the management team is the Executive Director, who possesses the delegated authority to represent the organization and engage with local, international, and donor entities to advance the organization's programs.

The Management team ensures transparency, accountability, and the effective implementation of organizational strategies and policies. They provide regular reports to the BoDs, at least annually, to ensure full compliance with all requirements.
